User Content

Users of the Service may post content such as messages, reviews, photos, and other types of works (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your User Content.

You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of User Content as described herein.

Integrated Services

The Service is integrated with Google Business Profile and Google Analytics to enhance functionality and user experience. The Service is also linked to social media profiles of Lake Norman WATERTREE for promotional purposes. Sponsor manages all marketing activities either directly through the Savvy Sales System platform or via Lake Norman WATERTREE’s business email.

Modification and Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Sponsor may also terminate or restrict your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

Feedback

Any feedback you provide regarding the Service is not confidential and may be used by Sponsor without restriction and without compensation to you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Sponsor on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor concerning the Service.
