A clearer picture of your water.
Explore your home's water chemistry with LaMotte WaterLink Spin Touch DW testing and a personal walkthrough of your readings from the Lake Norman WATERTREE team. Whether you're curious about hard-water buildup, chlorine taste, or staining on fixtures, the right panel can help start the conversation.

Professional equipment. Personal guidance.
The Spin Touch DW uses sealed disks that contain premeasured reagents and six wavelengths of light to measure each reaction automatically. Readings appear as clear numerical values on the touchscreen and are recorded with a date and time.
That means we review your results with you instead of guessing at colors — and talk through practical next steps for your home.
Contact the store for sample-collection and handling instructions. Bring your sample as instructed, we prepare the appropriate reagent disk, the instrument analyzes your panel, and we review the readings together. Instrument analysis takes about 1 minute for treated water or 2 minutes for well water; preparation and discussion take additional time.
What your results look like
Readings appear on the touchscreen and can be stored with a date and time. Our team walks through every value with you so you understand what you're looking at.

Your readings can help start a conversation about water chemistry and household concerns — they don't diagnose every issue on their own.
This service measures the parameters in the selected panel. It does not establish that water is safe to drink or replace certified laboratory testing for health, regulatory, or real-estate requirements. These panels do not test for bacteria, lead, or PFAS. For health-related concerns or additional contaminants, contact a state-certified drinking-water laboratory or your local health department.
Different water. Different questions.
We select the testing panel based on whether your sample comes from a municipal supply or a private well.
